Digby (below) is a pup out of Briar and Buddy.  His whelp date was July 21, 2010.
The photo was taken during his first training session with me at 16 1/2 weeks old.

Pups are born liver and white and in a few days their coloring starts to show through. After a couple of weeks you can pretty much tell what color they will be such as roan, white or ticked.
